At Nexgen Realtors, we offer a transparent and agent-friendly fee structure, designed to cater to your needs. Here's a breakdown:
$95 Per Lease
90/10 For Commercial
For each transaction, we charge a competitive flat fee of
$550
to ensure cost predictability.
Once you've successfully closed 17 sales, you reach a cap, and the transaction fee drops significantly to just
$200
for each subsequent deal.
In addition to transaction fees, there's an annual fee of
$650
payable conveniently at the closing of your first anniversary and every subsequent year.
For each transaction, we charge a competitive flat fee of
$550
to ensure cost predictability.
Once you've successfully closed 5 sales, you reach a cap, and the transaction fee drops significantly to just
$200
for each subsequent deal.
