Greetings! I'm Elvis Ortiz-Wayland, and my journey began in the vibrant landscapes of Nicaragua. In 1988, I made a life-changing leap and immigrated to the United States in pursuit of opportunities and dreams.
My educational journey was pivotal, and it reached its peak with a degree from Cal State LA in Los Angeles. This diverse and dynamic city provided the foundation for my successful career.
As a visionary entrepreneur, I set out to make my mark. In 2008, I established a prominent franchise in Rancho Cucamonga and fuelled my journey as a broker. This path honed my market expertise, enabling me to navigate complexities and seize opportunities.
I have flipped more than 100 homes in Southern California and also gained experience as an investor. My leadership style is built upon collaboration, innovation, and a shared dedication to achieving success. I am passionate about creating positive, supportive work environments and empowering individuals to reach their fullest potential.
